Introduction

Hi Neal,

Thanks for taking the time to chat through everything last week. Based on what we discussed, I’ve put together a proposal for a full redesign and rebuild of the Clarity website.

If anything needs adjusting or you’d like to explore other options, I’m happy to make changes.

Situation Appraisal

Clarity’s current website doesn’t reflect the strength or value of the technology you offer. The existing structure is content-heavy, visually dated, and doesn’t give ClarityGo or MeetingsPro the space they need to stand out. Key pages rely on repetitive formats, with little visual storytelling or product demonstration.

To properly support commercial goals and drive engagement, the site needs a more strategic foundation. One that simplifies the structure, sharpens the messaging, and puts your technology and services at the heart of the experience. With the right design, interaction, and content choices, the new site will better position Clarity in the market and give your team something they’re proud to share.

Objectives

  • Deliver a clear and intuitive user experience that guides visitors towards the right information quickly
  • Rebuild the site with a modern, flexible design system that supports future growth and internal updates
  • Put product storytelling and visual content at the heart of the experience, replacing dense copy with richer, more engaging formats
  • Position the brand more confidently with a polished, consistent design language and considered use of motion
  • Make it easier for users to take action with improved calls to action, page structure, and conversion points
  • Strengthen the site's ability to rank and perform long-term through smart structure, focused SEO, and well-planned content

Timeline

This will be a focused 7-week project running from early May to the end of June, with time built in for feedback and iteration. Here's a rough breakdown:

Week 1: Discovery & Planning

  • Finalise page list and sitemap
  • Content audit of existing pages
  • In-depth competitor review to benchmark structure, messaging, and design patterns
  • Workshop key journeys, initial content ideas and design direction
  • Identify opportunities for SEO landing pages and long-term content strategy

Week 2–3: Design Phase

  • High-fidelity desktop and mobile designs for all pages
  • Feedback loops to refine visuals, structure and interactions

Week 4–6: Webflow Development

  • Custom development of all agreed pages and templates
  • CMS integration and setup for reusable content blocks
  • Implementation of interactions, animations, and responsive layout

Week 7: Testing & Final Polish

  • Accessibility and browser testing
  • SEO and performance checks
  • Final refinements and page population (if required)
  • Handoff or launch (depending on internal readiness)
  • Team training session for growing the site

What's Included?

This list reflects the current scope but may evolve slightly as we work through planning and content discussions.

The redesigned site will include:

  • A flexible, component-based layout system for scalable page creation
  • Dedicated product pages for ClarityGo and MeetingsPro
  • Tailored industry Solutions pages and Service pages, designed to align with customer needs and clearly articulate value
  • Filterable Resources hub for blogs, news, customer stories, guides etc
  • Fully responsive design across all devices
  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility compliance
  • CMS-powered content where appropriate
  • Multilingual setup on Nordic pages (manual option included, or use a paid tool like Weglot if preferred)
  • CMS-driven location/map display for office locations
  • Meganav with visual content previews
  • Scroll-based animations and interactive UI elements
  • Embedded video and lightbox video support
  • SEO-friendly structure and metadata setup
  • CMS-controlled announcement bar for key updates
  • Refined Contact and Demo booking functionality
  • Login hub with clear access to external portals

Pricing Terms and Availability

The total cost for the full website redesign and rebuild is £11,480. This is a fixed project rate, based on an estimated 160+ hours of design and development time. It includes UX strategy, design, CMS structure, component system build, accessibility considerations, and Webflow development.

My payment terms for the project are 50% payment upfront and 50% payment upon final delivery.

I’m available to begin in early May and will be prioritising this project through to the end of June.

Next Steps

Let me know if you’re happy with this and I’ll send over a formal quote, initial invoice, contract agreement and get everything scheduled in.
